In 2025, True Foam Pvt Ltd set a global precedent by becoming the first farm group worldwide to achieve farm-level Regenagri certification for natural rubber.
Historically, the natural rubber industry has relied on extractive monocultures. This commitment changed that reality, transforming 111 smallholder farms across Sri Lanka’s Monaragala District into thriving agroforestry ecosystems.
By replacing desolate monoculture with multi-layered "food forests," we successfully bridged the gap between restorative agriculture and high-end industrial manufacturing. Our farmers now cultivate a protective rubber canopy, a mid-story of coffee and cocoa, and a ground cover of nitrogen-fixing legumes. This ecosystem sequesters carbon and rehabilitates the soil microbiome without synthetic chemicals.

True regeneration must include people’s livelihoods.
Integrating secondary crops provides our farmers with stable, year-round income streams, while eliminating expensive synthetic fertilisers reduces their overhead costs.
Our primary focus in 2025 was proving that regenerative principles could be scaled across a fragmented smallholder landscape without losing integrity. To achieve this, we developed a rigorous internal control system. This digital framework ensures every batch of latex is 100% traceable to its specific GPS-logged source plot.
To confirm this transparency, True Foam is soon to achieve both the Regenagri Chain of Custody and the Regenerative Latex Standard certifications. These imminent milestones guarantee traceability from the soil directly to the consumer, verifying that the ecological benefits achieved on the farm are rigorously preserved throughout our centralised manufacturing process.

While our initial 2025 acreage served as a successful proof-of-concept, our growth trajectory is now accelerating rapidly.
For our 2026 audit, we will verify over 315 farms across 416 hectares, yielding around 350 metric tons annually.
Over the next five years, we project expanding our network to over 2,000 farms, collecting upwards of 2,500 metric tons of regenerative latex each year.
Our ultimate vision is to convert Sri Lanka's entire rubber cultivation culture into a regenerative model. We are proving to the global market that regenerative rubber is not a niche concept, but a scalable standard capable of meeting massive industrial demand while restoring an entire nation's agricultural landscape.
