As Regenagri CIC we are required by law to engage with the environment and communities, and to provide transparent reporting on our impact. This ensures that we remain accountable to our partners, who include farmers, supply chain companies, funders and our wider community.
We have a two-tiered structure:
Our Board of Directors is responsible for forming and guiding the organisation’s long-term strategic vision, priorities and policies. It also oversees the financial aspects of the organisation. The Board of Directors is composed of the CEO and directors from Solidaridad Network Asia Limited, International Cooperative Alliance (ICA), and, as of 2026, WWF-India. We are working to expand our board of directors to include more diverse range of members.
The secretariat is headed by Regenagri CIC CEO, Franco Costantini. Its primary role is to facilitate and oversee the implementation of the company’s strategies, programmes and standards. This involves working closely with stakeholders across different agricultural supply chains.
The Secretariat is responsible for developing and continuously improving the Regenagri standard, criteria and guidelines.
We continue to expand on our circle of advisors with the introduction of regional advisory groups for Asia and North America.
Our regional groups allow us to develop a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the agricultural and economic contexts in which we work around the world.
Our core team of eleven direct staff members (2025 data) looks after our standards, data integrity, stakeholder engagement and development.
They provide a diverse set of expertise covering different angles of the programme, from technical aspects of farms standards to traceability, communications, risk management and data integrity.
Members of our team come from all around the globe, bringing in knowledge of their various local contexts with an international mindset.
